No link to Boda Bike Sketchup file
The link on the appropriate page, http://www.worldbike.org/big-boda-sketchup-drawing, is just to the Google site for Sketchup.

Need to make it clearer how to login.
Files are available to logged in users / readers.
But it's unclear that it's possible to log in. There needs to be a login link in the left nav with a link to "why create a worldbike account."

More specifically, downloads depend on being logged in
It seems to me that it's reasonable to expect people to login in order to download, but the page needs to state that clearly, and offer a link to the login page. Right now, I believe the only page that links to the login is the forum main page. It might be more helpful to add it to the global nav.

Upload Permissions Changes (temporarily?)
While I think it's true that it's not unreasonable to ask people to log in before downloading, since the current design doesn't clearly indicate how visitors can log in I've changed the permissions so that anonymous users can view uploaded files. This can be changed back at a later point when the design is changed.
