No searching
Searching isn't enabled, no search box on main page. Drupal log indicates that
cron isn't configured, which is necessary for search function (for indexing content
I think).

Search Enabled
Search has been enabled and a cron job has been set up to update the search database every hour on the 45. Search links have been added to the top nav and the side nav.
