I'm a college student, and this Fall I'll be studying in Monterrey, Mexico at the Institute of Technology and Higher Studies (ITESM or "el Tec").

As a senior in Civil and Environmental Engineering, I have to complete a "senior design project" for my home university in the states (Bucknell) and I am really interested in integrating sustainable transportation, possibly involving bike transport, into the project.  Wondering if any Worldbike folks are in Mexico that I could track down, or any words of advice on how I could best focus my project to meet the needs of travelers and commuters in Monterrey.
